The Lead Team members attend a variety of conservative, evangelical churches in the Kansas City area. They are united in their passion to support the body of Christ by equipping believers to advance the kingdom of God.
John Bourdon
John is a professional chemical engineer and the CEO of John M. Campbell & Co. who specialize in equipping oil and gas engineers and operators around the world. When he is not traveling the world in that capacity, John finds most joy in his wife, Alice, as well as his children and grandchildren. In his spare time, he loves to fish and watch any version of Star Trek.
John graduated from Georgia Tech with a BChe and from Dallas Theological Seminary with a ThM.

Alice Bourdon
Alice spends her time tending to the 33 acres that she and John own in rural Douglas county in Kansas, where she is most often found in the seat of their John Deere tractor mowing and clearing. She loves gardening, reading, needlework and playing with her grandchildren.
Alice graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a degree in Interior Design and has an Associates Degree in Bible from Moody Bible Institute.
Favorite T.V. shows include: The Andy Griffith Show and American Idol

Janice Demoss
Janice wears a variety of hats in her capacity on the staff of Sheffield Family Life Center. She oversees various financial functions, staff supervision and office management. She is most appreciated for her wise and loving counsel to those who work with and for her. In her free time, Janice is often helping her husband, Ed, with large and small scale projects on their property in Lone Jack, MO. Janice has four children and 12 grandchildren.
Hobbies Include: Reading, travel, and scuba diving

Jim Ross
Jim is a civil engineer. He is married to Donna and together they have four children. While Jim is an expert at constructing large structures, like bridges and buildings, he finds the most joy in the smaller scale projects he creates with his boys. They enjoy bikes, trucks and motorcycles. Jim loves to ride motocross--his wilder side. He remodels homes, but most enjoys being part of the remodeling hearts at Grace Adventure.
Jim graduated from the University of Missouri, Rolla, with a degree in civil engineering and a minor in psychology.

Chuck Lynch
Chuck is founder and president of Living Foundation Ministries, a ministry dedicated
to helping people through biblical counseling, seminars, and lay biblical
counselor training. He has served in the capacity of a pastor, youth pastor, Bible college administrator and teacher, Christian radio station manager, and as a consultant to pastors and Christian leaders who face difficult issues personally and in ministry. He continues to counsel, teache seminars, and train biblical people-helpers internationally.
He is married to Linda. They have 2 adult children.
Chuck graduated from Biola University with an M.A. and from Talbot Theological Seminar with an MDiv, as well as from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with an Min.
